When will I recive my order ?

The shipment is made by courier as a parcel with delivery in 48/72h.

It is essential to provide an active contact telephone number for the transport company.

Make sure that the shipping information is correct since, in the event of a return, the next shipment will be paid by the customer.

If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the shipment will be carried out the first following business day.

When the payment is made by transfer, the shipment will remain pending until the verification of receipt of the transfer.


Can I change my shipping information after placing the order ?

Once we have sent your order to the shipping address you have provided us, it is difficult to change the shipping information.

If you are not at the delivery address when the package arrives, the courier will leave you a notice letter so that you can get in touch to arrange another time or so that you can pick it up at the courier office.

In the event of force majeure, please email us at info@bellverd.com or message us on WhatsApp at (0034) 671.26.05.48 We will do what we can.

And shipping costs ?

We take care of a part of the transport costs, therefore we ask for a contribution of €15.00 including VAT per box.

Shipping is free from 5 boxes, so we encourage you to make a group order !







And if I'm not there when the package arrives?

If the courier cannot leave it with another trustworthy person, they will leave you a warning letter so that you can contact the courier office and arrange another time.

If after two attempts the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our offices and we will contact you !
